It's been a good while since I've made a post showcasing any new books I've bought, but that's because I haven't really gotten anything new other than a few kindle books here and there (and certainly not enough to post about.) But I really felt like participating in this meme today, and I just happened to buy a couple of physical books that were on sale at Wal-Mart, so here it goes:

I've been curious to see what all the hype on this series was about, and since it was only $4.95 for the hardcover version, I figured: Why not?
Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks
I really would like to see the movie, but I know I should read the book first, so I thought I'd snag myself a copy.

Whispers In Autumn by Trisha Leigh
I got the three books above all for free on Amazon! They sound great - especially Whispers In Autumn, which is takes place after an alien invasion!
Attempting Elizabeth by Jessica Grey
Covert Assignment by Missy Marciassa
I'm participating in a blog tour for both of the above eBooks as a reviewer, so I was given Kindle versions of them in exchange for an honest review. I look forward to reading them both - they sound really good!
So, what books did you get this past week?
I can't remember Wither that much, if I'm honest but I think I enjoyed it, but it wasn't a favourite I don't think. I'm sure if it was I'd remember it. Enjoy your reads, I can't seem to watch a movie based on a book without hunting down the book and reading it first! My STS
